Filing a Grievance

This form is the first step to filing a grievance. It is not the grievance itself.

Please fill out the information below with as much detail as possible. Your submission will be sent securely to Teamsters Local 927.

Once received, a Business Agent will contact you to review your details, discuss the case, and assist you in formally filing the grievance.

You can also file your grievance by contacting your Shop Steward directly.

Your Steward is your first line of support in the workplace. They are trained to:

  • Provide immediate advice on your situation.

  • Assist with the appropriate wording for the grievance.

  • Help you gather the facts and details needed to best support your case.

IMPORTANT: Grievances are time-sensitive. Most collective agreements have strict deadlines. Please submit this form as soon as possible after the incident or issue occurs.
